Noodles With Greens and Barbecued Pork Recipe

Ingredients for noodles with greens and barbecued pork recipe:
250 g (8 oz.) fresh thick egg noodles
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
250 g (8 oz.) Chinese barbecued pork, cut into small cubes
large onion, very thinly sliced
cloves garlic, finely chopped 400 g (13 oz.) green vegetables
(beans, broccoli, celery), cut into bite-sized pieces
tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon kecap manis
100 g (3 1/2 oz.) snow peas
baby bok choy, cut into quarters lengthways
230 g (7 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
Directions for noodles with greens and barbecued pork recipe:
1. Two-thirds fill a pan with water and bring it to the boil. Then add the noodles and cook them for about 3 minutes or so and then drain it well.
2. Heat the wok until it become hot, then add the oils and swirl them around to coat the side. Stir-fry the pork over medium heat for about 2 minutes or so and then drain on paper towels.
3. In this step you should start by reheating the wok, then add the onion and the garlic, and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute or so. Then add the vegetables and cook them, tossing regularly, for about 2 minutes or so. Stir in the hoisin sauce, the kecap manis, the snow peas, the bok choy, the water chestnuts and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cook for about 2 minutes, covered. Add the noodles and stir-fried pork, and toss to combine.
